The wings , this
phrase has quite different
meanings which changes with individual’s perspective. For a bird, those are the
ones which characterize them as birds ; for non- vegetarians , an image of
chicken wings available in their favorite dine-in would appear instantly. But for me, in fact for most of the
Indians in general, the wings with which a small boy of dreams , from
Rameswaram flew so high , that everyone
would envy upon , by igniting his dreams,
only would come into thoughts. As
a matter of fact, the null set could perfectly be defined by the number of
haters, this legend has secured in his lifetime.
Everyone dreams! Of course, dreams differ from one
anothers’. But those dreams are ruined
half way through, or even the ones are there which are given full stop, at the
very beginning. What is the reason? The discouragement and the discouraging
people around us! Here forgive me for blaming parents, teachers and friends
including. Our surroundings has a special or extra ordinary impact over our
dreams. When you dream of something when your teacher is taking his/her class,
he /she would certainly scold you and call you a day-dreamer. Your parents,
when you dream of becoming something towards which their pride is seeming to cease, they would probably
try to point you in the direction, which is zig-zag to your dreams. Your
friends , on the other hand, not all but few with extravagant enviousness would
be a discouraging factor.
Being these, the cases or the causes behind the deprival of
your dreams, the man, who is completely a stranger to you and everyone, strives
hard to empower youth. And I am sorry he is no more , so you may try to
rectify my verbs for being in present
form , but I firmly believe he is still around me and us. He believes in youth.
The youth of the nation, are according to him, the pillars of India. What must
youth do?
Youth - Not just a word to derive a synonym for, but
a collection of activeness, brilliance ,
burning fire of determination, inner potential, great dreams, India’s pride to
be defined about!
All youths are capable, but they must be capable of
exhibiting their in-born talents. His life is an example to everyone who is
trying , trying and trying hard to
achieve big in their lives. He is an eminent scientist by profession, a hard
worker, a writer, an influential speaker, People’s President and above all a
humble human being!He , not only just empowered youth of India, but he himself
lived the way an Indian should be living! When great minds of our country are progressively
being trained to work for other
countries, this simple human being expected not money, but only the empowered
youths and a developed India as a result!
“Dreams are not what you see when you sleep, are which do
not let you sleep”
And now that he is
leaving us or has left us, all that I could recollect is seeing him giving us a
speech at our college premises , which made my lips move maximum distance from
each other. Those are the moments, I would love to cherish for my life time.
